This page is just in case you ever wondered, what vitamins does Dr. Eads take?
Before I answer that question, let me say that every person has different health challenges and needs. Even in my own life, my supplement and health routine has changed for different seasons. What I take now may not be what you need. That's part of the reason why there are pages here for different health conditions and how you can improve them with supplements.
I was born in 1970, so now you can calculate my age! Currently, my supplement routine is designed to support longevity, normal testosterone levels, GI health, brain function, and general needs.
So now here is my list of vitamins and supplements. Remember, this is NOT medical advice, and some of the supplements I take are in doses that FAR EXCEED normal doses, and so I don't recommend you do any of this.

These first 12 supplements are first tier, meaning that I take them every single day, without fail. They are the backbone of my routine
Solgar Iron bisglycinate 25 mg a day
I have taken this ever since it cured my Burning Mouth Syndrome (BMS)
Vitamin K1 3mg a day.
This supports testosterone levels, blood vessels, and normal coagulation.
I usually take about 2 TBSP a day. This is great for intestinal health.
Thiamine 500 mg capsules.
I take about 3 grams a day, or more
DHEA 100 mg capsules, Nutricost brand. I'm not gonna tell you how many of these I take a day.
Nucleotide Complex by Bluebonnet 500 mg One pill twice a day.
This is primarily to get Guanosine/Guanine, which is a Nucleotide found in RNA and DNA. Guanine is very exciting!
Not only is it needed for our bodies to make RNA and DNA, but it's needed in cGMP for blood vessel function, and in GTP as an alternative fuel source to ATP. Free guanosine also acts directly in the brain in the purinergic system.
Have fun going down the rabbit hole reading on Guanine now that I brought it up to you! You'll wonder why no one ever talks about it!
I take this in a capsules form 5 days a week and in my smoothie 2 days a week in the form of lecithin powder..
I take Biotech 50,000 IU twice a week
Vitamin E 800 IU per day
Vitamin B complex by Nutricost. One a day
Usually, I take Double DHA by NOW, two a day. But I also eat salmon and put chia seeds in smoothies and occasionally take krill oil or fish oil.
Vitamin C 500 mg twice a day by Nutricost.
In my smoothies I use lypo-spheric Vitamin C by LivOn
Those above supplements are every day, never miss.
However, there are other important ones that I take which include:
Zinc 30 mg EZ melts.
Supports testosterone and a myriad other body processes.
D-limonene from orange peels for gut health
Methylcobalamin B12 shots.
This cured a nerve injury I received in high school when I was severely electrocuted after plugging in a swim pace clock on the deck of our high school swimming pool, at PMHS where I was a swimmer. This stuff repairs nerves!
Methyl-folate 15 mg a day
Magnesium glycinate. I take about 500 mg a day. Essential to prevent muscle spasms and cardiac issues.
I can't "not mention" salt.
I won't say how much I ingest a day. It's more than the "experts" recommend. We'll leave it at that. Don't do as I do!
I'm gonna stop there before this page becomes a book and then a volume!
Bless you on your health journey!
My smoothie is made with spinach, water, vital proteins collagen powder, and Orgain organic pea protein mix
Creatine powder
Ashwaganda
Vitamin D3 with K2
Zinc
Glucosamine
Curcumin
Desert aloe
Quercetin
Lemon balm
Valerian root
L theanine
Magnesium glycinate
